How do you make blocks underneath each other in (SOLVED)

Im trying to make a quiz like the "Most Populous Countries by Year" quiz, but I cant figure out how to format it to have columns of blocks. Can anyone help me out?

Format as 'Groups of Things'. I believe if you switch to manual mode in Step 4, there should be a dropdown on the side. Then you can add a column for the groups (things that belong in the same group should have the same text in this column). Finally you can sort by that column and you have your groups :)

Is there a way to do it without the "Groups of things" method? I don't think the quiz I'm based on used it

It may take a while, but you'll want to add cells (there's a dropdown on the right) and style them to look like the normal headers.

After you have however many of these you need, you can style some cells in between the headers to make them look empty, that gives it the illusion of the Groups of Things format.

After that you can mess with the cells as you wish to add all your answers (if you want to add another answer cell, you can just switch the dropdown to 'answer' and select the answer you want, so they all technically are the same answer)
