Anyway, just head to the Design tab, set it to manual, and add a column. You probably just want to set these cells to "Text" rather than hint or answer cells. Then there should be a little green button that says "Hide". Click it, and then it'll ask you what question needs to be answered before you can see it. That's pretty much it. Also, make sure you have all your questions and answers in place BEFORE you change the grid to manual--it'll make your life easier.
