How do you make one block go by itself on manual mode?

I'm trying to use manual mode to make a quiz right now and I'm pretty confused. I want to make a sequel to this quiz, but I'm unable to figure out to get one block by itself. If somebody could help that would be appreciated.

There isn’t actually a way to have a cell all by itself, but if you set border width, horizontal padding, and vertical padding of a cell to 0 you can replicate the effect. That’s how it’s done on most quizzes to my knowledge.

Thanks for the help Insaniot. What I had to do was create a new row and follow your instructions for that row though to make it work.
