How does a quiz get featured on Jetpunk in other languages?

In Jetpunk in other languages there is no option to nominate a quiz, and the Portuguese section has had the same featured quizzes for a long time.

As far as I know the user/users who moderate that specific language section decide which quizzes to feature.
