How does my Quizmaker rank decrease?

When I started using Jetpunk, last year August, I was over 15,000 quizmaker rank. But now I am 12,336 quizmaker rank, and it has gradually decreased over the months. Please Explain.

Being number 12,336 means there are only 12,335 people with above you. The smaller the number, the better you are. For instance, I am #397, and Dimby is #116
