How to create quiz with more than 500 answers?

I am trying to make a quiz with all the incorporated and unincorporated communities in North Carolina, including the CDPs. I know there will be thousands of answers, but the max is 500 rows. I have seen some quizzes with over 500 answers before. The US counties quiz is a good example, with over 3K answers. Is there a way I can go over the limit?
