How to get a featured quiz

I really want to know how to even get a possibility to get a featured quiz. How? When?
I probably will not achieve this goal, but I will try. I still want to know

It's definitely hard to get featured, there are many users that make great quizzes here and getting visibility is not easy.
For example, I have made quizzes that I would consider to be "high effort", like a full map of all the subdivisions of the USSR, but I have never gotten a feature myself.
