How to make a quiz with (insert thing) and _____ formatting)

Like, the question is sort-of intertwined with the answer.

Before guessed: (Insert word) and ________ (where the answer should be)

After guessed: (Insert word) and (Answer!)

I really have no idea how to describe it. Just check the link above (it is the only quiz where I can remember there's 100% of that formatting).
