Yesterday in Melbourne, we had 3 giant thunderstorms (raining cats and dogs (or dog poo, in a Cantonese expression), with bouts of intense sunshine in between - it went from extremely cloudy and gloomy to sunny (as if nothing had happened) within minutes of the storm finishing.
*Sigh*, Melbourne weather.
We've had cold days in Summer, hot day's in winter, 53 seasons in a day (or 53 seasons in a second, according to Froggodoggo).
So, how do you guys experience the weather, living in other places?
BUT this year temperatures are getting crazy! 18°C yesterday and about 20°C expected today! So we're experiencing the actual weather of May.
Just a quick look at the trees and you'll think Spring is already here.
Crazy.
Not to mention the so many weather alerts for storms, floodings and so France is getting for months.
Crazier.
And yeah, the weather's changed a lot in the past few years
On a more serious note, I am getting more sun now but it still rains a lot here. The UK gets a lot of rain in winter but much less of it in summer.
Sometimes it just feels like I'm constantly chasing the rain. When I'm back home for the summer, it starts to get more rain there.
Hopefully it'll be all over soon.
So we escaped to the Pyrenees, and its very sunny here with very few clouds
The weather has gotten very warm in both places and were still in Winter
One time I asked my Amazon Alexa "is it raining" while it was actively pouring down with a thunderstorm. She said "No rain is expected today"
No rain expected today my butt Alexa!Craving snow! 😅
