HTML code shows up when editing comment

When I tried to edit a comment that I had already posted, some weird HTML code showed up when I didn't really put any HTML into my comment.

Have any of you had this before, and why is this happening?

Why does it say that there was one comment, while there's none???

Btw, what was in the comment that you edited?

Nothing, but I put some newlines in that comment

Not sure if that's what caused the HTML to show up

Seen it before, also happened to me in the editor a few times. No clue why it happens though
