Huge problem with a quiz

Quick question: I just uploaded a quiz but there's no nominate button?????

Edit: now some pictures disappeared????? They were there 2 minutes ago when I played the quiz.

Ok I split the quiz in two parts so it can be recommended.

I also fixed the picture issue.

Unfortunately I do not know the reason for that, though I have seen it happen before.
