I'm Making a Pokemon Region

Yeah, I had a lot of free time like 2 years ago and started crafting my own Pokemon region. This was when I was into Pokemon Go around Covid times, and now I want to share it with JetPunk.
It's not done yet, and it isn't exactly a real pokedex or anything. I made 143 Pokemon, am in the process of making a region (maybe, idk how it will turn out), and made some more moves. I'll give each Pokemon a description, a type (already done), and add some more lore. Idk about people or anything yet.
I might get it out this upcoming Summer, but no guarantees of course. I'll continue work this holiday season.
This is a very fun project, something to ease my creative mind. If you want a teaser, which I hope you do, the Region is called the "Tanobi Region". I doubt anyone knows why I called it that, but if you have a guess, drop it below. If you have any other comments, leave them too!

Is it based on a real Country/Region or is it fully fictional?
Will you be making a game about it or is it just for the funsies? Will you make artwork about the 'mons?
I haven't thought deeply about the region's geography just yet. I don't think it will be based on a real place, as creating something fictional will likely be easier.
I don't plan on making it a game, no. Just for funsies. I tried to make art back in the day, but decided to just stick to crafting the mons' identities. I might consider drawing some for yall.
Also there are a few Pokemon based TTrpgs, maybe you could make a campaign about it if you're not planning on making a game.
You should make a Jeppy Pokémon that instead of saying its name, just shouts random countries of the world all the time
