In need of SVG

I'm making a quiz with the 100 biggest cities of Romania to which I want an SVG. I am on mobile and have tried looking for mobile SVG editors, but, in my opinion, the ones I've tried are trashy and my PC (actually, a Chromebook) runs very slowly, so I can't use it. Can someone suggest a good SVG editor for mobile that's also free and doesn't require purchases?
