Inconsistencies amongst title capitalization across quizzes

I thought it might be a good idea to bring this to Quizmaster's attention. It's not a huge deal and would be super annoying to change, but lots of quizzes have inconsistencies with their titles. For example, some capitalise prepositions like 'with' and 'than' whilst some don't and things like that.
