Increase tolerance for mobile users?

I was playing Click the Countries on a Borderless World Map on my phone, and I kept missing small countries like Nicaragua and Ireland because my fingers are much less precise than a mouse.

Any chance that JetPunk could automatically increase click map tolerance if you're in mobile mode, or at least have it be a toggle in the quizmaking menu? I know you can zoom in, but it's real cumbersome to have to do that every single time.
