Is Sinai part of Africa or Asia?

Is Sinai part of Africa or Asia? Shouldn't it automatically qualify as African because Egypt is African?

Sinai was unequivocally African until the Suez Canal was built, and now while it is technically only connected to Asia, it should still be African.

Only because Egypt is an African country, it doesn't make Sinai part of Africa.

Sinai is a part of Eurasia-Africa, which is kinda one continent. It’s all joined together.. :)
