Looking for Singers with Geographic Names

Submitted by stephenn on July 15, 2025
I've published a quiz with singers/bands who have geographic terms in their names. Not place names (like Alabama, Chicago, etc.) but geographic ones (ex. Frank OCEAN).

I managed to compile 17, but I'm sure I'm missing a few. Are there any relatively well-known musical artists y'all can suggest so that I can add a few more to the quiz?

Here's what I already have:

I’d just compile a list of geographic features and search for artists on Spotify. If they have a song with ten million listens, it’s probably somewhat well known.

That's the method I used, but with 100million listens. All the 10mil artists I knew of were kind of obscure.

There’s a Canadian band called Marianas Trench. I doubt they’re famous outside of Canada, though.
