For instance we got names like Daşdəmir, which means "Stone-Iron". Basically, it's inspired by toughness, durability, and unbreakable character. And we got plenty of names like Polad (Steel), Savalan (named after mountain).
There a lot of males named after fauna as well. Şahin (Falcon), Tərlan (Hawk), Aslan (Lion), Cavanşir (Young lion). As for females, usually floral names used: Yasəmən (Jasmine), Lalə (Tulip), Nərgiz (Narcissus), Gülnar (Pomegranate tree's flower).
And finally, a lot of character trait-inspired names: Ədalət (Justice), Sevda (Passion, love), Arzu (Wish), Ümid (Hope), Uğur (very popular in recent years - Luck).
