New Front Page - No Language Tile

Hey, I don't know if it's the proper way to do it here but I'd like to create some kind of reclamation to add a language tile in the customization of the front page.

I feel like a lot of people would prefer to have it there if they could like it's always has been and it's really more user-friendly, especially for newcomers.
