New Quiz + Series Question

This month, I wanted to release multiple quizzes, some even Christmas themed, though time constraints along with other factors mean that unfortunately, this will have to wait until next year. This month's quiz might not be everyone's cup of tea as it is about motorsport, specifically the tracks which are raced on.

However, I also have a question regarding the series that these quizzes are in. The series is in French, which I assume is because the first quiz is in French. Is there a way for this to be changed as I create quizzes in English and it would be confusing to have certain series in French and others in English.
