New Quiz Type - Sudden Death

There's a new quiz type called sudden death where you click the correct things and if you click the wrong thing, the quiz makes you automatically lose.

There's like 7 quizzes with it right now (Capital cities, US Presidents, State capitals, US Cities, Prime numbers, Saint names, US places,Elements , US Catholic dioceses)

There's also a some made by Dimby (Country elimination, animal elimination, China's borders, European cities) which were made before this quiz type was released and were the inspiration I think.
