People Who Have Been to Kyoto...

Here's what's going on.

I'm going to Kyoto soon and I haven't really got much of an itinerary

People who have been, where are some places I can add to the itinerary?

Did I spell itinerary right?

Sadly I have never been outside the US. I really want to go to Fiji at some point tho. Have fun in Kyoto and hope that Japan doesn't bomb Hawaii again

The US entered WWII after Japan bombed Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. This also caused the US to drop atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Also I had meant this as a joke

I haven't been to Japan yet but if you're doing 1-2 weeks you can probably do Osaka-Kyoto-Nara-Fuji-Tokyo. I believe this is quite common.

Same year level, same curriculum... (I mean, it was the last topic of the year, so we spent all the lessons using nunchucks writing calligraphy (some people wrote bad words) and folding origami boxes that turn into flowers...)

Kyoto is very cool, go to as many shrines and temples as you can fit in, the architecture is amazing, if you go at the right times, the forests there are astounding too. Brilliant place to visit.

I went to the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest... That was pretty nice. The Biwako valley in Shiga was amazing, although I don't know how it would look in the winter.
