Permanently Disabling Zooming on an SVG

Alright so let me explain this suggestion: when you go into 'SVG Options', you have the choice of disabling zooming on an SVG, however, this is file based. What I mean by this is that even if you selected 'No', if you upload a revised version of your SVG, the option will reset back to the default 'Yes'. Usually this isn't such a pain, however, I'm currently working on quite a delicate quiz and having to disable zooming every single time I test out an updated SVG is quite the inconvenience.
