It seems Equatorial Guinea is changing it's capital from Malabo to Ciudad de La Paz / Oyala.

Nothing happens. Things used to happen. But they don't any more. Even things that seem like they happen don't really happen.

It actually happened! It is a good capital change as well. I always thought if the majority of a country was on mainland then that was where the capital should go. Equatorial Guinea has now fixed one of their many issues

It's also changed on wikipedia (which lists the city as oyala)

It's possible that something has indeed happened.

Wikipedia is in superposition right now, with pages for both Malabo and Ciudad de la Paz saying they are the capital of Equatorial Guinea.

I'll give it a week or so and see how this develops.
