problem with creating a quiz

I've been trying to make a country quiz where you guess the country based off the hint I give but I don't know how to make it so when you enter a answer in it can be from a different question like if the hint is for Canada and you say Finland the answer will still go through because one of the answers is Finland and it will just take the country in for the other question. I want to make it so in the column it highlights yellow like I see in other quizzes but I do not know how.
