Puzzle glitch

So Today, I was in the process of making a puzzle, I got my words locked and loaded in step 2 but when I start adding them onto the grid (on various sizes) it started adding "Undefined" which overrode the words and messed up the whole grid?

Does this issue happen to any of y'all and is there anyway to trouble shoot it?
