Question about Picture Quiz

I am looking to make a picture quiz that requires four answers for each image, but the design template only allows three answers max.

I don't have the know-how for designing a new quiz format with an additional answer choice. Can anyone help?

3 answers per picture is the max.

You can use type-ins to allow for four answers per one answer box though.

Well, you don't really need to create a new quiz format. Just use the huge potential of text quizzes.

I would recommend you to copy the French featured quiz "Couples célèbres du cinéma français en images #1" so that you can understand how to deal with that.

This will work very well for my purpose, although I would not have had the html know-how to come up with that myself. Merci beaucoup!
