Quiz submission issues

Is it me or there's a technical issue with submitting new quizzes?

It's been like an hour that I can't submit new quiz in Russian despite I've not even reached my limit.

I've keep getting "Unknown error occured".

All other languages working well so far.

Thanks. It could be related to this update "quizzes with no latin characters in the title should now produce a more sensible URL by transliterating to latin characters."

Yes, it looks like this is not working correctly. I have identified the issue but it will take some time to get it fixed. Please wait until tomorrow
