Random button when no quizzes fit the criteria

Does anyone know what happens when you hit the random button and no quizzes fit the criteria of your random mode? (E.g. you have 5/5 points on every quiz and you hit random not 5/5 points)

Without looking at the code, it probably just sends you to a random featured quiz in the selected language.
