Removing single tiles on tile select quizzes

So, I'm attempting to create a tile select quiz that should have 5 options for answers for specific reasons. But, as far as I'm concerned, editing options on tile select quizzes allow me only to add/delete single rows (that include 3 tiles), columns or whole questions. I'm wondering if there is an option to delete a single tile.
