Reverting to a Previous Save?

So I accidentally deleted hours of progress on a quiz... is there a way for an administrator to revert to a previous save so I don't have to waste hours manually making the changes?

Also, kind of related, but I would like a few people to playtest an upcoming quiz. It is a bit of a more technical version of a quiz from my On a Map series, hence why feedback before release would be helpful. Users who are experienced or are from Germany would be ideal, though anyone human being will do.
