Six quizzes a day?

Is six quizzes on the front page per day the norm now? It seems to have randomly ticked up for some reason.

We have six a day from October 1–December 31 because we make more from ads during this period.

So is the logic that making more money means you can put in the extra work to put up another quiz every day? Or does it have to do with ad space on the front page?

more quiz on FP = more people play quiz = more people see ads = more people ignore click on ads = more money made

But you can apply that argument to when JP makes less money on ads (but still makes money).

Put more on FP = more quizzes played

Wouldn’t that be the goal no matter the time of year and no matter what the rate of return on ad money is?
