So how did you discover JetPunk?

I am fairly new here. A couple of months ago, I was bored out of my mind at work. I wanted to look productive and achieve nothing for an extended period of time, so I decided to google "countries of the world" quiz (I knew that I knew all of them). And that's how I became a JetPunker.
Now everyday at work, I take a few quizzes every few hours to keep my mind fresh and return back to my productive self (work can get monotonous sometimes). Everyday, I am discovering new things about this website, and I must say, this is quite an interesting community.
I can already recognize some names here, and I was wondering how y'all got introduced to a non-social media website in today's age?

It’s been a long time, but I believe I first came across JetPunk when I simply just wanted to learn all the countries of the world back in 2017, before sticking around afterwards to make flag quizzes and then history quizzes later on.

If you're talking about Dekkie's city quizzes with the maps, I would say those are more geography quizzes with a historical lense rather than history quizzes

No, Dekkie talked about making history quizzes and I just pointed out that it just sounded like an understatement, as those are masterpieces in every regard. Both research-wise and execution-wise

Third grade, 2013 I looked up “how many countries can you name.” Mostly just played that quiz for a couple months but obviously eventually branched out. My first email in 2015 was actually made just so I could make a jetpunk account

I had already been doing geography since kindergarten, but some of my more nerdy friends introduced it to me when I was in 7th grade.

I was a user on the Sporcle website (I know, I should call it Orcspel, but get over it guys!) but got a headache with their bright orange layout and infinite amount of ads, asked Google for "Sites like Sporcle" and here I am!
