You can choose any quiz that you feel like more people should know about pretty much. If you find a quiz you really like and think it needs more love, I’d recommend using it on that. Also the quiz can’t be featured and has to be English.
There should be an award spotlight button or something like that. Click on it to give the quiz a spotlight. I think it’s near the nominate button, but I’m not fully sure.
On some quizzes I just see "Profile, Quizzes, Subscribe?" buttons. On the list you have sent on some of them I see the spotlight button, on some it says recently spotlighted and on some it also says nominate.

Sorry to jump in out of nowhere, but are you certain that you are trying to spotlight or nominate a quiz in the English section? The quiz has to be in English, otherwise it cannot be spotlighted or nominated.
