Stats Resetting When They Don't Need To

I was gonna update this quiz by only changing the caveat, but when I went to resubmit it it said the stats would be reset, when no answer had been changed, I even reverted the quiz in case I had previously changed something.

I don't think I've seen this for other quizzes so as far as I can tell this is just a mistake with sudden death quizzes.
