Still no badges for other language sections?

Over the years the question keeps being frequently asked among the French community: are there going to be official badges in other languages than English? They certainly would meet great success and many unofficial badges have been created in blog sections that can be used as a basis.

I agree that it would be nice to have at least one in the featured languages, though I sadly suspect the efforts would outweigh the rewards.
In any event, I personally support the idea and think it would be great!
Time has passed and since my last request 2 new English badges have been released. Does it mean the efforts now worth creating a badge? That's this particular point that make me wanted to ask this here.
Anyway I know this sort of achievement system would definitely be appreciated by players from all countries.
