Sudden Death Quizzes Broken?

I've been playing JetPunk magazine member's quizzes, and I've realise that the sudden death quizzes are weird

When you click the wrong one, it becomes red, but the game still goes on, until you find all the correct answers.

This could be just because my computer is very laggy right now, but I'm wondering if anyone has had the same problem.

I checked a featured quiz and yep, it's completely broken.

Weirdly enough in preview they work.

So, Sudden Death is not that Sudden for all quizzes?

I've just checked the quiz editor and it might be linked to a new implementation: number of lives you can set in SD mode.

Yeah I think somewhere it is assuming a property exists which does not exist in most live quizzes. I'm sure QM will fix soon.

Fixed. The reason it worked for some quizzes and not others is that it was a caching issue.

Also, you can make "sudden death" quizzes with more than 1 life now.

Just made a sudden death quiz and wanted to add explanations for the wrong answers, but I cannot get the explanations to appear in preview. (Tried adding explanations for the right answers, too, but that did not help matters, so I'll probably delete those.) Help.

They only appear in the answer stats after the quiz is taken, something which doesn't appear in preview mode.
