Suggestion for Sudden Death Quizzes

Was creating one earlier and I did the Yes options before the No's. When inserting the rows afterwards I noticed it always inserted Yes.

Would it be doable to have the inserted row(s) adapt to the current or follow a drop-down? Updating them manually wasn't painful or anything but this would be a nice QoL change.
