What textbooks are considered to be the standard for each field of study?

I'm familiar with:

-Campbell Biology

-Principles of Modern Chemistry

-Netter Atlas of Human Anatomy

For Calculus Stewart is considered pretty standard, though I know Active Calculus has been growing in popularity. I believe it’s available free online as well.

Let me know if there are other math subjects you’d wonder about.
