Website Loading Issue

Hello, I've currently been learning every U.S. County (2222/3143 so far) but recently I've been having an issue, when I open JetPunk it takes about 5 minutes to load and for me to actually take the quiz, and when inevitably fail, clicking the redo quiz button causes the same thing. This issue has only been happening recently and its very annoying. Anyone know how to fix this issue? (its on any page on the website)

Happens a lot to me, even when I have good wifi. On Chrome this website uses a lot of memory for some reason.

Try a different browser, clearing your cache, restarting your computer, etc...

The counties quiz contains a lot of data so it is best to do it on a device that can handle a tone of information. There is even a caveat on the quiz that says it may take a while to load.

Another way to fix this is to close any other JetPunk tab, this can save memory.

Agreed. High answer quizzes, especially ones with SVGs, will take very long to load. Having multiple JetPunk or other high-memory tabs open at once isn't doing you any favors. Make sure your WiFi signal is strong enough to load the quiz, too. Poor connection will lead to timeout errors and lag when you play the quiz.

Several people I know have recently complained about this issue, even with normal simple text quizzes.

I told them to get premium
