Whether you're American or not, what are you most thankful for? Nowadays people just want to complain all the time. So how about we spread some positivity. Can we do that for at last one day?

I'll start: I'm thankful for the typical things. My parents, my brother, my church family, good food, a house to live in, clean clothes, electricity, clean water etc. etc.

But I'm also thankful for music and my ability to listen to music. Also books and my ability to read them.

So how about ya'll?

While I have endless complaints about, criticisms of, and issues with this country, I’m not dense. I am incredibly thankful that I was lucky enough to be born in this country, into a well-off middle class family, that has had the opportunities to live in wealthy states. That kind of advantage is one of the greatest gifts a person could be given, and I appreciate it.

I’m also thankful for my father, who has always done his best to work hard to provide for my family, and helped instill me with the values I hold most important to me.

I’m thankful for my friends, who have helped me through a lot over the years and kept me on the right paths.

I’m thankful for my love, she has given me light when I needed it most and brightened my life in ways I never could have previously imagined.

I’m thankful for my teachers, giving me the knowledge and insight I need to remain grounded and grow as a person.

I’m thankful for Dan Harmon, for creating some of my favorite TV shows.

Thankful for bouncing back from a valley phase I went through recently, the valley phase, good food, shelter, clothing, family, friends like family, and the way God accomplishes his purpose in a broken world.

For His Word- which heals and brings life and liberty. For this gang of quiz junkies, for passion fruit white chocolate icecream, and for gravity that helps me cuddle up in my warm bed.
