What do you think about the new Create page?

Specifically, the "Show All" button.

I tried to search for one of my quizzes to edit it and it didn't come up because it wasn't one of the 500 most recent quizzes of mine. I find this very annoying. Of course, this will only happen for people with over 500 quizzes so if you don't than it doesn't really affect you at all.

Thoughts?

In general, I'm in favor of large pages, but there is a reason that 99.9% of sites limit tables to 500 rows or less. In fact, many will by default display only like 10 or 20 rows and then make you page through them all. Now that really is annoying!

But this only affects a small percentage of users, and only when you are looking for a quiz you haven't edited in months or years. And then, you just have to hit one button to see all the quizzes.

The alternative is us loading GIGANTIC pages with thousands of rows that waste bandwidth for you, cost us real money, and prevent the page from being responsive. Did you know that one user has over 14,000 quizzes ?!

If you want, you can bookmark the page that appears after you hit the showAll button. But I think in the end you'll prefer the default experience.

15k very soon, and it's increasing very quickly (even if most of them are translations of a very debatable quality).

It helps a lot when you have a decent amount of quizzes to load. Before this change, it was impossible for me to open this page on mobile.

Makes perfect sense. I'm trying to head towards 1000 quizzes, and to be honest, there are some I made years ago that I haven't looked at since I made them.

So if you're on page one, you see by default your 500 most played quizzes. If you sort them by "Updated" only those 500 quizzes on page 1 will be sorted. Would it be possible to take into account all of the quizzes if there are more than 500 when sorting them by "Updated" so that the ones that have been updated last actually appear on top of page 1? This would be helpful if you wanted to check or update your most recent quizzes or play another quizmaker's most recent quizzes.
