What is one thing you miss the most about JetPunk?

I'll start: I miss the Daily Word Search. It feels very sad to me that it stopped at the one-year mark. I was hoping for it to last indefinitely as a permanent addition to the site.

While DWS was around, I was active on the site pretty much on a daily basis, something that had not been possible before it started and hasn't been possible after it ended. Without DWS, I always find myself getting "bored" after a few weeks or months of using the site and, as a result, take a rather long break from it.

(I know that the Word Search still exists technically, but it feels very different now and somehow doesn't appeal to me anymore)

To be honest, I usually just change the JetPunk front page url to jetpunk.com/de when I want to access the German part of JetPunk

The one thing I miss the most is the old blog page, to be honest. I remember when it was full of educational blogs, which almost never appear anymore. Game show blogs were novel the first few times, but now they're all that show up.

I don't check RUB often, but when I think about it, it's kind of a worrying trend.

Back in 2021, RUB was flooded with low-effort blogs. To what extent? I don't know, since I wasn't paying attention, but to a point where many JetPunkers sought to change that by telling people how to make proper blogs.

Now, someone might need to stand up again and tell people that game show blogs should be made in moderation...

It's just another era that will (hopefully) pass, just as story blogs once were. Feel free to make another blog yourself, it's been a year :)

The problem with game-show blogs is that they don't appeal to a lot of people, and there are just way too many of them.

I believe this blog is worth a read if you want to know more about it.

I'm hoping to be back writing blogs in the near future, I'll try and bring some culture with me.

WillemLAif has some pretty decent travel blogs at the moment, that's keeping the genre alive.

I'd have to go with the old Message Board community. Two of the most active users deleted their accounts and I barely hear from some others

this one is very simple: mb button. Its not even an old feature I just felt like I liked having a button instead of a hyperlink in a box.
