What kind of Quizmaker are you?

There a countless JetPunk users on this site, each making different kinds of quizzes. The most popular kind seems to be geography, but not every quizmaker will be knowledgeable on this topic.

So, what kind of quizmaker are you? Do you specialize in geography, or is your range something different?

Pontiac - Anything. I have over 500 quizzes and a good number of them are various. I would say Geography if I really had to choose though

Catholicism. Though I have only had maybe two ideas for new Catholic quizzes over the last 6 months.

So I’ve come to branch out to things like geography or even sports. But as my username is meant to indicate, Catholicism is intended to be at the heart of my quiz-making.

Yes! That was also part of my intent when I made the name as a college athlete!

However I’d guess less than 10% of my quizzes are about sports.

I just like to make quizzes about things i’m very passionate about, so usually cinema and music. And i only make a quiz when i actually have an idea for somethingthat could be unique and interesting.

Both are correct, period. It just depends on whether you're from the UK or the US.

If you really want a neutral term, use "association football".

Soccer is an abbreveation for Association Football. Also it isn't just called Soccer in the US. In places where a version that is in-between Rugby and Association Football, such as Canada, Australia, and Ireland, calls the sport Soccer to not get it confused.

Ptcairn - I have a select few of topics that I make quizzes in, but if I had to choose, then Geography definitely takes the cake. Some of my other topics are about vexillology (flags), chemistry, or games and TV series' that have peaked my interest. For the remaining quizzes of mine, that's just miscellaneous.

Mine are very varied, I prefer geography, however finding something different is becoming more and more difficult, hence why I tend to concentrate on blogs nowadays.

Same here. I've been making mostly geography quizzes recently since it's getting harder to come up with quiz ideas for other topics. Even with geography quizzes, I'm kinda low on ideas right now. I don't know the exact reason why, but at the moment I just feel like I've exhausted all the available quiz ideas.

Or maybe the site itself is close to saturation in terms of quiz ideas. Most good ideas are already taken. Most unused ideas aren't good enough to make a quiz out of (I prioritize quality over quantity). This site has been around for nearly 20 years, after all.

Geography and Language would probably be a major focus of mine. I love history as well, but not many of my quizzes including history.

Geography but I've branched out more over the years. I like geography quizzes but I also like making quizzes about my own personal interests. Now that I have plenty of takes, I'm less bothered about whether a quiz will be popular or not, and focus more on whether that quiz gives me joy.
