What was the best decade for music?

Theyre all so great, The 80's had a lot of rubbish but also some absolute greats. So probably the 80's, ask me in a week and ill have changed my mind though.

My playlist is mostly 2010's pop, interspersed with 2000's and 2020's pop, but I do love a good 80s or 90s banger.

I think I'll have to go with 90s though

I'm going to throw a spanner into the works and suggest that the 1970s, at least for me, were the best era.

There was so much change from the beginning of the decade to the end. Early music of '70 and '71 was very much influenced by the '60s. Whereas we then went through Glam Rock with the likes of Slade and Sweet, but from about '77 onwards the emergence of Punk Rock with the Sex Pistols still has influence today. There was also the rise of Disco with films like Saturday Night Fever.

Although, every decade has great music and terrible music, it is all a matter of personal choice and preference.

Varies from person to person and language to language. When it comes to Hindi music, I consider 2000s the best. However in English, I find myself listening to mostly 2010s, 2020s and 2000s mainstream music so uh idk.

2010s with 2015 and 2014 being the best years of Music in my opinion. Edm Was very popular especially on NoCopyrightSounds.
