What was the greatest concert you've ever attended?

I've been to some concerts where I've expected a lot from artists but they failed to impress me.

And there are some artists that I've had no expectation but was very good like Moby.

So What was the greatest concert you've ever attended? Also what was the worst? ;)

Best was probably when I saw NEEDTOBREATHE with Switchfoot and The New Respects in Bend in 2021. Nickelback, William Clark Green, The Beaches, The Crane Wives, Mammoth, and Electric Light Orchestra were some other memorable ones I've been to I thought worth mentioning that I enjoyed.

Worst one I've been to is either Darius Rucker who was very noticably drunk for the whole concert or Matt Maher which was basically more like going to a sermon than him actually playing music.

Bela Fleck and Punch Brothers - live bluegrass improv is impressive!

I don't like concerts too noisy and crowded

Probably Wyatt Flores earlier this year.

The most memorable concert I've ever been to was a friend of a friend's niche metal band. It was in a tiny venue and only about ten people were in the audience, including me and my friend. Halfway through the set they did a "comedy hour," with some jokes probably not repeatable here, and I found out that my friend and the band's lead singer had the same exact name. Freaky!

Back when I was a teenager, early 1980's, I went to a lot of concerts. I think my favourite had to have been Thin Lizzy, but honourable mentions also go out to...

Status Quo (twice)

Judie Tzuke (three times)

Rainbow

Kate Bush

Yes

My biggest regret was not going to Live Aid in Wembley.

Last month actually. Zach Bryan at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco. Incredible show and I got a spot right at the stage.

Also Luke Combs at Stagecoach earlier this year absolutely blew me away, I’m not even a huge fan personally but the man is a born performer and the experience of the whole crowd singing along to hit after hit for two straight hours was unreal. And then he brought out Garth Brooks for the last song.

First ever concert I went to was CCR as a young kid. I've seen them a few times since, and I love that they come to a lot of the smaller towns, especially in Canada
