Who has the highest (actual) Jetpunk level?

I was looking at the User ranks and percentiles page and noticed that there are 69 users with an English level of 97 (Which is insane). I have never seen one of these people in a comment section that I know of and was wondering who they were, and if some of them have an even higher combined level from getting high levels in other languages as well.

Basically, I am asking you guys to help me find the person with the highest English, and combined level on Jetpunk.

(No not quizmaster. He is actually level 65)
