Nice quiz, from a British perspective it's nice to have a current affairs quiz without a mention of brexit. It's constant here.

I forgot there was an Olympics this year (it's amazing what you don't pay attention to when you have no cable) and only guessed the marathon winner -- they always seem to be from Kenya.

I got the Olympics one right, but I really had to reach deep for it. I don't remember anything about it. The Olympics have completely lost their luster. International competition is so frequent now and countries interact so often that the games don't mean much. Katie Ledecky wins her medals by outperforming the same swimmers she outperforms in races all throughout the four years between Olympics.

Great idea for a quiz! There was quite a lot of international headlines, which I appreciated. This was definitely one time I didn't want to see Canada though :/
