I don't really care, but while we are being pedantic the quiz is entiteld British geography but then syas it is about the UK. These things aren't quite the same as Northern Ireland - for example is in the UK but not Britain (although it is in the British Isles).

Having said that - good quiz Thanks

"British" is the official short form for things relating to "The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland." It's been used correctly here.

"What national park can be found in northern Wales?" You accept Snowdon, which is not the name of the national park but the name of the tallest mountain in the national park (i.e. they are not the same). Also, you could accept the Welsh name for the park (Eryri).

Seems a shame to ask for names given to lakes in Scotland and NI without also asking for the Welsh.

Snowdonia has now officially been replaced with the Welsh name and is now known as Eryri. It would be great if that could be accepted too. Snowdon is now officially called yr wyddfa too 😊

'Snowdon' as a type-in for 'Snowdonia' is both factually incorrect and pointless! Snowdon is one mountain, Snowdonia is the name of the national park (that is what the question is asking for after all). No one calls the national park Snowdon (even if Snowdonia gets its name from Snowdon). Also, you could use Eryri as a type-in for Snowdonia (i.e. the Welsh name for the park).

The city due south of London is called 'Brighton & Hove' - that is its official name and should be what comes up as the answer.
