Wow...that was hard. I knew all the players and knew some of the teams they played for before they were famous, but only managed to get 16 of the debut teams. :(

The Dodgers weren't interested in developing Pedro because they thought he was too small. They were fixated on developing his brother Ramon into their star pitcher, and only used Pedro as a reliever before trading him to the Expos for an average second baseman. The Expos used Pedro as a starter, and the rest is history. Not Tommy LaSorda's finest decision.
